Shipping policy

PICK-UP: 

If you would like to pick up your order in person from our yarn studio in Melbourne, you have the option to choose local pick up, which is free of charge. Please be aware that local pick up is only available on appointment. Please do not choose local pick up if you would like the order to be shipped to you. If you change your mind and would like the order to be shipped instead of picking it up in person, we will charge our usual shipping fee. 

SHIPPING:

We ship with Australia Post or, where applicable, other reputable couriers.
 
We offer two types of shipping: STANDARD Shipping and EXPRESS Shipping, which both includes tracking.

If you choose Standard Shipping and the item is shipped to an address that is not a PO Box, you agree that your shipment can be left unattended at the front door of that address if you are not home at the time of delivery.

You can also choose EXPRESS shipping. This is the fastest way to receive your parcel using Australia Post Express Post. The Australia Post express post network covers about 80% of Australia and includes all major cities and town centres. The majority of parcels sent by express post before 3PM will get to their destination the next business day. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible but cannot guarantee that they always go out the same day. Parcels sent to areas outside the Australia Post express post network should reach their destination within 2-3 business days after they have been received by Australia Post.

Please choose your shipping option carefully, as we do not accept responsibility for any item that goes missing after it has been delivered.
